Harry Kilkowski : Founder / Head Girls Coach
Premier Lacrosse Development was founded in October 2022 by Harry Kilkowski during his time as a graduate student in the University of Tampa Entrepreneurship Program. At Tampa, Harry was a Division II All-American and a member of Tampa’s first National Championship team in 2022. Before coming to Tampa, Harry had the same success in high school. During his career at Summit, one of the top schools in New Jersey, he was named a high school All-American, All-state, State Champion, and Captain his senior year. Throughout his career, he was addicted to the offseason process of improving his skills. Harry attributed much of his success in lacrosse to the high-quality skill and athletic training he had access to as a developing player in New Jersey. After coaching for many club teams around Florida, he realized that, unlike his home state of New Jersey, there was a real need for higher quality player development services as Florida just became the fifth-highest in number of high school lacrosse players in the country. Premier Lacrosse Development was formed to give aspiring lacrosse players in the state of Florida a place to receive high-quality lacrosse training!

Brady Stoll
Brady is from Cincinnati, Ohio and attended St. Xavier High School. During his time there, he was named team captain and earned accolades including US Lacrosse All-American, First Team All-Midwest, First Team All-Region, and Southwest Ohio Player of the Year. He attended Furman University and competed at the Division 1 level for three years. During his time at the University of Tampa, he has served as a two-time captain and led the program to its first National Championship. Brady has also been named to the SSC All-Conference team.

Adam Maiale
Coach Adam Maiale is from Philadelphia, PA. He attended LaSalle College HS where he played on a nationally ranked team as an LSM. Adam earned First Team All Philadelphia Catholic league honors. Following high school Adam attended the University of Scranton he continues his lacrosse career. At Scranton Adam was named a USILA Scholar All American, All - Region (South), First Team All Landmark Conference, and added to the USILA Player of the Week list.
Beyond Adam’s playing career he has coaching experience throughout the east coast. He has coached at multiple lacrosse camps and clinics in Philadelphia, New York City, and Boston. He was the head coach at Doc’s Lacrosse Club in NYC, and a tutor and coach with Harlem Lacrosse. Additionally, he has 5+ years of lacrosse training experience. Currently, Adam coaches for the St. Pete Dragons and Palms LC in Tampa.

Tre'jan Cannon
Tre’jan Cannon is from Winston-Salem, North Carolina where he attended R J Reynolds High School. He was a three-sport athlete playing lacrosse, football, and running track. He played four years of varsity lacrosse, earning many achievements including all-region awards. He also remains part of the top 10 all-time fastest 300m dashes at R J Reynolds. Tre’jan would go on to compete at the Division 1 level at the Virginia Military Insitute. During his time there, he earned All-freshmen honors from College Crosse (SB Nation), VMI's prestigious Intercollegiate Sports Award, and Defensive Player of the Year his senior year. At the University of Tampa, Trejan would play his final year, earning multiple honors including All-American, USILA All-Star, and All-South Region. Tre’jan is on track to receive a Master'sin Instructional Design and currently has a Bachelor'sin Psychology with a concentration in sports and a minor in Exercise Science.

Blake Ulmer
Born and raised in Naples Florida. ,Blake grew up to be recruited by Syracuse College. He spent a year there before transferring to help Tampa win their first National Championship. Blake was the D2 Goalie of the Year, was a 3x all-American, and holds the all-time save record at the University of Tampa. Blake dominated at the goalie position all through college and is ready to share his knowledge.
